And do the cast always look quite so fabulous? We asked Jon Hamm, the actor who plays Don Draper. "If you'd seen me 45 minutes ago, you'd have been surprised. I clean up well!" He confided.

UM it's probably because they use Besame Cosmetics to get that vintage-look. I loooove Besame!

The makeup *is* beautiful - thanks for the link! I've had it with the ladies at the MAC counter, quite frankly. They always make me look like a drag queen.

I have a feeling Jon Hamm would look good no matter what, though. ;)

Yes, and my eyebrows appear to have been drawn on with a Sharpie marker.
