When proprietor Sam Malone wants to take a break from all his worries, he retires to his office in the rear of Cheers. Roomier than many apartments, Malone’s space features a desk for business and a sofa for, wink wink, other business. Unfortunately, the "private" office offers little in the way of actual privacy, as Norm and Cliff and gang are rarely shy about listening through the door.
